Brief Introduction

　　Shanxi Synthetic Rubber Group Co., Ltd. (SSRG) is situated in Datong City , Shanxi Province which is rich in coal power and lime stone ect. natureal resource. SSRG is under the jurisdiction of China Bluestar International Chemical Co., Ltd.

　　公司1960年筹建， 1965年建成投产，原为军工企业，名为中国人民解放军总后军需生产部第3528工厂。1976移交山西省。2003年1月，以资产重组的形式划归中国蓝星 (集团)总公司。

　　Preparations were started in the year of 1964 for the construction, belongs to military enterprise named 3528 plant owned by the General Demands Department of Peoples' republic Army of China . Turned over to Shanxi province in 1976. It was reorganized by China Bluestar in January , 2003.

　　公司占地 1.1 平方公里，主营氯丁橡胶产品（简称 CR ） , 是我国仅有的两家ＣＲ制造基地之一。 It covers area of 1.1square kilometers. The main products is chloroprene rubber (CR). It is one of the only two manufacturers in China.

　　The first researched and developed technology of flash degas in China. NS-02 Acetylene second polymer catalyst special technician. MVA controlling and analysis in the middle part. The first diode degas technician researched by our engineers which caught up with the international main technician level .And succeed in degas of all types CR. The self-technology in CR：CR322、high moony non-sulphur CR234、high solution viscosity CR244、graft CR248 production and control technology.

　　中亚合资年产3万吨氯丁橡胶项目是由山西合成橡胶集团有限责任公司和亚美尼亚共和国Nairit公司共同出资筹建。位于大同市阳高县龙泉工业园区。合资企业名称为山纳合成橡胶有限责任公司。项目建设规模：3万吨/年氯丁橡胶装置，2.5万吨离子膜烧碱装置。主要经营生产氯丁橡胶、氯碱及相关产品，销售自产产品。

Sino-Armenia Joint Venture Introduction

　　Sino-Armenia Joint Venture is cooperated by SSRG and Nairit Company of Armenia Republic with outputs of 30000MT/a . It is located industry area of Yanggao County, named Shanna Synthetic Rubber Group Co., Ltd with scale of 30000MT/a Chloroprene Rubber , 25000MT/a ion film caustic soda. Produce and sell chloroprene rubber , chlorine-caustic soda and related products.

　　Nairit是世界上实现工业化的第二大氯丁橡胶公司, 氯丁橡胶生产技术与杜邦公司同时起步，经历了六十多年的发展历史，其单体生产技术在许多工艺细节上有了进步；橡胶聚合、后处理通过七十年代末引进杜邦的技术和设备，基本上达到了当时杜邦的技术和装备水平；在污水处理、废液焚烧等多个环节上，也达到了很高的水平。

　　　　
　　Nairit is the second big CR industry in the world. The technology of Nairit started with Dupont. With development history of 60 years, great advances has been made in monomer detail technology. The caogulation and finishing is basically reached the level of technology and equipment of Dupont which is imported from Dupont in 70s of last century. The waste water treatment and waste liquid burned etc. reached high level as well.
